Any claims for defective merchandise must be packed in the original R&A Furniture boxes without any writing in the boxes.
Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within 24 hours of receiving package(s) NO EXCEPTIONS
We will NOT accept any exchanges or returns of any open or used items.

PICK-UP
When picking up please have Invoice and ID we will not release merchandise
please inspect and confirm all items purchased are loaded into your vehicle.
• If you are unable to load merchandise an R&A employees can assist in loading into your vehicle,
R&A is NOT responsible for any damages during loading or transportation or weather conditions.
